2. Can I try or see the clothes before I buy?
Please understand this is an online spree, thus no trying.

3. How big is your free size?
Free size equal to average size. Due to different shape, cutting, and sizes, the effect may differ from each individual.

4. Can I return or refund the cloth regarding the size problem?
Sorry we don’t accept any return and refund. The measurement is stated clearly in each description. For those without measurement, please make your own judgements.

5. Can I exchange or refund the cloth I bought?
NO. We don’t accept exchange nor refund.

6. When & how can I get my orders?
It takes about 3 to 5 working days once received your confirm order with payment for ready stocks. For pre-order, it will take about 3 weeks after payment confirmed received before the pre-order period ends.

7. Should I bear any extra charges?
NO. Only the cloth price and the postal fee.

Postal fee :
*Postal fees applicable for shipment within West Malaysia Only.
- Below 1kg RM 6
- Additional of RM3 for each additional kilogrammes

*Postal fees applicable for shipment within Sabah & Sarawak.
- Below 1 kg RM 10
- Additional of RM5 for each additional kilogrammes

*The courier service used for posting is ABX Courier Service or PosLagu, our National Courier Service provider. The charges may varies if there is special request from customers on using other courier service, whereby will be beared by the customers themselves.

*For all postal outside Malaysia, the cost will depend on the courier service itself.

Face-to-face delivery : Seremban Area - RM 3 

                                   : Sri Pulai 3, Seremban - Free of charge

Returns :
- GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE nor RETURNABLE
- Customers are required to send us a picture if in case there is a MAJOR defect on the items purchase. We will look into the defect and decide on the compensation. If such things happen, return shipping will be bear by E-Max Fashion.
- If goods reached customers, but are rejected by receiver’s side, resending of goods will be charged onto customers plus, customers are not entitled to CANCEL the goods.

Local buyers can make payments thru Maybank, Public Bank or CIMB by :
- Cash Deposit
- Internet Transfer

For international buyers, buyers can make payments thru Western Union or Telegraphic Transfer.

* All bank charges or extra charges, are to be beared by buyer themselves. For Western Union and Telegraphic Transfers, buyers can request for the bank details from us thru emails.

Step 2 :

After I had received ur mail, i will check on the availability of the stocks and will send u the total amount that you need to bank in included the shipping fees to ur destination. Pls bank in or transfer the payment to my account within 3days once you receive my confirmation email and sms.

Step 3 :

After you had bank in, inform me by mail or sms. Pls retain your receipt after payment in case i do not receive your payment.

**Note : Buyers who bank in thru Western Union, please EMAIL us the below details :
   1) Remittance code of ten figure number (MTCN)
   2) Full name of remitter (First Name, Last Name)
   3) Full address and contact number of remitter
   4) Amount of your remittance

Step 4 :

Wait for the goods to reach you at your doorsteps, as the goods will be sent out the next working day and is estimated to reach your within 3 working days after payment confirmed received.
